Carol A. Tomlinson serves as the Manager of Marketing Operations at the TBR, a position she has held since July 2023. Her extensive career with the TBR began in August 1998 and she has served in the Office of the Tennessee Technology Centers, the Office of the Chancellor and the Office of the Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCATs). She holds an A.A.S. in Office Administration from Nashville State Technical Community College, a Meeting and Event Planning Certificate from Belmont University, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management.
